Maciel Computer Analysis & Repair started off as a personal hobby at first. Growing up I always enjoyed troubleshooting and repairing all the technology in the house and I steadily gathered knowledge through research and hands on learning. I was always referred to when anyone at home, at school or at work had a problem with anything computers or electronics. After being asked why I never decided to start a small profitable business on various occasions, I did.

I learned how to troubleshoot Windows PC’s, then moved to Mac OSX , Linux, then Android iOS and so on. I’ve learned to replace hardware and parts on computers and mobile electronics. I have shadowed at Smartphone repair shops and learned to repair mobile devices with broken parts, water damage and other electrical problems. I have learned about a variety of networking protocols and topological structures that help networks run effectively. I have learned how to recover and find data on hard disk drives. I have learned to create and host websites for myself and clients alike, including the site you are on right now!

I continue to learn a variety of skills and trades that allow me to offer great service to anyone who comes to me with a technical need. I offer free estimates to anyone and will diagnose problems for free before starting any work, while allowing each client to think about the options I have provided to them. Customer service is my number one goal as a small business owner, and I personally ensure that each client I interact with has an exemplary experience with every interaction.
